Contact enquiries

Personal information submitted via the contact form will be retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for any reasonable follow-up. Emails may be retained for administrative purposes but are not kept for longer than necessary.

Testimonials

Once a testimonial has been submitted, consent to publish has been confirmed, and it has been added to the website, the original email and personal data will be deleted where they are no longer required.

We will retain a minimal record of consent, which may include your name, the testimonial content, and confirmation that permission to publish was given.

An email address may also be retained where necessary to allow us to contact you in relation to your testimonial (for example, to update or remove it).

This information will only be retained for as long as the testimonial is published on the website and will be deleted if the testimonial is removed.
